Billing & Subscription Policy
This policy explains how PropFlow trials, subscriptions, payment verification,
access activation, renewals, and billing-related matters are handled.
Effective Date: April 2026
PropFlow provides subscription-based access to software features for real estate businesses.
Access level depends on the selected plan, approved payment status, and current subscription condition.
1. Free Trial
- New eligible users may receive a 14-day free trial.
- The free trial is intended for evaluation purposes only.
- PropFlow may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
2. Subscription Activation
- Paid subscriptions are activated after payment review and approval.
- Submitting a payment request does not automatically activate a subscription.
- Access begins once the subscription has been approved by the PropFlow team.
3. Payment Verification
- Customers may be required to submit proof of payment.
- Incomplete or unverifiable payment details may delay activation.
- PropFlow reserves the right to reject suspicious, invalid, or incomplete payment submissions.
4. Plan Access
- Feature access depends on the selected subscription plan.
- Starter, Professional, and Custom/Enterprise access may differ in scope and limits.
- Custom or Enterprise requests may require manual review and quotation before activation.
5. Expired Subscriptions
- When a trial or paid subscription expires, access to some or all features may be limited.
- Customers may be required to renew or upgrade to continue using full features.
6. Renewal and Changes
- Subscription renewal may require new payment confirmation unless otherwise arranged.
- Plan pricing, features, and conditions may change in the future.
- Any billing-related updates will be reflected in PropFlow policies or official notices.
