Brgy. Bancasi, Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte, 8600.
By accessing or using PropFlow, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
PropFlow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help real estate businesses
manage properties, leads, users, subscriptions, and reports.
PropFlow does not act as a real estate broker or agent.
2. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
3. Free Trial
- PropFlow offers a 14-day free trial.
- No payment is required during the trial period unless otherwise stated.
- Trial access may be limited, modified, or revoked in cases of abuse or misuse.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Paid plans may require payment verification or submission of payment proof.
- Access to paid features is granted after subscription approval and verification.
- Subscription duration and feature access depend on the selected plan.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund requests are allowed within 5 days from payment confirmation.
- Refund requests must be sent to support@propflowapp.io.
- Refund requests submitted after 5 days may no longer be eligible.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or its infrastructure.
- Access, copy, or interfere with data belonging to other companies or users.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of PropFlow is also governed by our
Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep PropFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
PropFlow shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or external events
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PropFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
